Monks from the Buddhapadipa Temple in Wimbledon blessed Hansa’s Thai Kitchen in Weybridge
Thai monks blessed staff and guests at a new restaurant after enjoying a complimentary meal.
The monks, from the Buddhapadipa Temple in Wimbledon, visited Hansa’s Thai Kitchen in Weybridge, on Thursday, July 7, and were greeted by friends and family of the restaurant owners.
The monks, who only eat once a day, were treated to a meal and later blessed the restaurant and all its guests, wishing them good luck, happiness, success and good health.
They then chanted for good fortune and sprinkled the restaurant and guests with holy water.
