As I travelled past the Harris Academy in Wideway, Pollards Hill, I saw three police officers and a PCSO by the schoolgate and a number of students.
I have often noticed that when the school day ends there are similar numbers of officers outside the school.
Does Harris Academy or the taxpayer pay the bill? Can someone from the council enlighten us all?
