Tim Lovejoy and Iwen Thomas were among hundreds of fans watching the Champions League final on an 85inch 3D screen in Raynes Park last night.
The former-Soccer AM star pulled pints for the crowd which watched Barcelona beat Manchester United 3-1.
Mr Lovejoy told the crowd: “What an experience this was. It’s the final we had hoped for, and it looked incredible thanks to LG, who provided the screen.”
The screen, connected to a projector, was the biggest 3D showing of the game in Europe.
Steven from Lower Morden, said: “It was great, a great match, the 3D looked incredible and my mate’s just won £170 off a tenner.”
Not everyone was impressed with the new technology however.
Dave Hutchen from Raynes Park, said: “I would rather have a better quality HDTV screen than have to wear these glasses all night.
“At least it was a good game though.”
The night also saw two people win themselves 3DTVs, and match analysis from Lovejoy and other pundits at half and full time.
