By a Lower Morden resident
I live in Lower Morden. We now have a new Dog Watch.
The literature explains that dog owners are being asked to be good citizen's and report anti social behaviour by jotting it down in their lovely new note books. There is a handy list of anti social behaviour for them to keep an eye out for.
Having just returned from my evening walk I counted 23 piles of dog poo in just one road. Is reporting dog fouling on the anti social list - of course not.
Fouling pavements is number three on my list of anti social behaviour and a real epidemic round here. Perhaps the dog watch should get their own house in order before spying on their neighbours.
Big Society - more like Big Poo down in Lower Morden.
