In answer to the letter "Royal Mail service is not good enough" from Mr Little, Grand Drive, I would like to say ‘yes indeed’.
I also have an issue with Royal Mail. Earlier this year my cheque book, sent by the bank, went to the wrong address.
The person who got this stole more than £6,000 from my account.
Several weeks later my phone bill went to the wrong address but this time the person who got it kindly re-delivered it to me.
What is going on?
