Does anyone else have an issue with Royal Mail delivering mail to another property with the same number but completely different street address?
Over the last five years I have reported on numerous occasions this issue to Royal Mail - it is rectified for a few months and then returns to mail being wrongly delivered.
In the last two weeks I have had three letters delivered to the incorrect address to be put back in the post by the householder only to go back to them for a second time !!!
In the past, when taking up this matter, I have been told that the usual postman may be on holiday hence the issue - not satisfactory but that is the best they can come up with.
Sadly, in the UK, most residents for domestic post are stuck with using Royal Mail - if there was an alternative I would certainly use it.
