The driver of a Volkswagen Golf has been fined more than £1,000 after drug driving Surrey.
Logan Liam, of St. Helier Avenue in Morden, was stopped while driving in Derek Avenue in Wallington on March 22, 2021.
Liam was found with 2.8mg of cannabis in his blood.
The 42-year-old pleaded not guilty to the offence during a hearing at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on March 14, 2022.
Liam was found guilty and was ordered to pay £1,297.
Charges include a £375 fine, victim service costs of £38 and Crown Prosecution Service costs of £884.
Liam was also disqualified from driving for a 12 month period.
Liam must pay the £1,297 fine by £50 per month commencing on April 11.
