A Colliers Wood woman is bringing joy to the lives of hundreds of people through the magic of music.
Penny Bettell is well known amongst her community for bringing sparks of joy whenever it is needed.
Currently in self isolation along with her family, Penny thought she would make good use of the time.
So she began putting together a few music videos and started dancing along.
"I just think that we need send out positive vibes to each other," she told the Wimbledon Times.
"I have always loved to make people smile, so why not."
She posted her videos on her Facebook page as well as a the Colliers Wood News and Views group.
The response was something to behold; hundreds of likes and comments, all of which appreciating the light-hearted humor.
"I started making them for my family who live in Trull and in Hackney to keep their spirits up," Penny added.
"Then I shared one with my two best mates - one of whom is in self isolation with her husband and the other working from home - who said I had cheered up their day.
"They thought it was so funny that I was going to send them and the family one each day.
"Then I thought we are in for uncertain times, so let’s cheer everyone up - hence the sharing."
And luckily for those who love her videos, she has no plans on stopping any time soon.
