Anyone who thought Spring was on its way may be changing their minds this morning, as a yellow warning of icy conditions has been issued across London and the South East.
The Met Office is warning commuters to take extra care when driving this morning, after a clear night meant temperatures fell below freezing and allowed ice to develop across the region.
The ice, which was expected to form from Sunday evening and on until this morning's rush hour, will particularly affect untreated services and anywhere that saw showers last night.
Temperatures are expected to remain low today, with highs of six degrees.
