A children's playcentre has been nominated several times by impressed parents grateful for a break and a cup of coffee.
Rob Palmer Williams, the self-confessed director and dad at Tots Landing in Wimbledon's Broadway Court said it is amazing to be nominated for a Merton Civic Award.
The company is in its third year, with a safe, clean, soft play environment for children up to the age of six years-old and a relaxing area for parents to look on.
Mr Palmer Williams, 40, and his team have raised between £500 and £600 for charities including the Royal Marsden Hospital and Dream Flight, with raffles and collections all raising funds for a good cause.
Mr Roballoons, Mr Palmer Williams' children's entertainer alter ego often pops in for a visit, wowing the youngsters with balloon modelling, games and magic tricks.
Tots Landing has been nominated in the business category.
Mr Palmer Williams, a father-of-two, said: "It is amazing to be nominated, it is great news.
"It shows that the community like me."
A team of four people can look after between 60 and 100 children every day, with parties at the weekends and a cafe providing snacks and hot and cold drinks.
There is still time to nominate someone special.
Nominate them here at www.wimbledonguardian.co.uk/mertoncivicawards or fill out a form in the Wimbledon Guardian newspaper.
