So we've come to the end of November or as some of our local lads may see it as, it's the end of Movember!
Throughout the month I have witnessed some of the boys from the Ursuline and Wimbledon College Sixth Form and their attempts of growing a tash to support Movember.
Walking through the town it was hard not to spot at least three or four men taking part in the campaign, however it is fair to say some attempts are more prominent than others!
Some wives and girlfriends aren't completely overwhelmed at the idea of their partners growing a moustache, but as it is all for a good cause they are willing to put up with the scratchy kisses for a month.
The Movember Foundation has for the past eight years been hosting events across the world to raise awareness of health issues affecting men. Events have spread from the United Kingdom to the United Stated and to South Africa, and all have raised a substantial amount of money and awareness - the month Movember has now become globally recognised.
So if you didn't get a chance to take art this year, don't worry it will happen all over again next year!
