Tennis superstar Maria Sharapova has revealed why she loves staying in Wimbledon Village during the championships.
"I think staying in a home - we are always in hotel rooms - and I love the opposite of just being able to stay home and have team dinners and have a garden", she told the Wimbledon Guardian.
"And, I dunno, it just seems simple and quiet and I prefer that feel", she said after her Centre Court win against Brit player Johanna Konta yesterday.
The former Wimbledon champ celebrated her victory with a jog around Wimbledon Common last night.

Last week she was snapped outside her Wimbledon Village pop-up sweet shop Sugarpova, while her boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov posted a photo of himself hanging upside down on a bar on a train on the District Line.

Wimbledon Village is currently home to some of the world's greatest tennis players, as homeowners make thousands of pounds from lending their beds to competitors.
